Root Cause Analysis

TUJUAN There are many methods for solving problems and each has its own characteristics and uniqueness, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a problem solving method developed with very strong characteristics in Genba (Real Place), Genbutsu (Real Things) and Genjitsu (Real Fact). Work leaders are the first people who must use this method to help improve their ability to solve the problems faced. The benchmarks for Root Cause Analysis are:

• Effective: The problems that are addressed can be resolved completely to the root of the problem, so that they do not reappear or are prevented from flowing into the next process.
• Efficient: Can be done quickly but still prioritizes the process, and analysis according to the case at hand.

TUJUAN After attending this training, participants will:

• Understand the principles and concepts of RCA
• Be able to use the correlation test method with the "Genba" approach
