This course will focus on those inter-personal skills that are an integral part of daily life. The ability to influence other people is an essential tool if people are to gain agreement and cooperation from others in order to achieve tasks and get things done.
Participant will learn how and when to influence others and the difference between assertive and aggressive behaviour. This course provides the necessary influencing and assertiveness skills and formulas to help managers to create a powerful influencing style with colleagues and clients alike helping to improve working relationships.
